Can I continue to use my existing equipment or does Managed Systems require new equipment?
Our business model is flexible. From replacing obsolete hardware to managing existing infrastructures, Managed Systems will service all your IT needs.
 

How long does it take to implement?
  Over a weekend. Our solution is built on a standardized platform that enables deployment over a weekend. We begin after normal business hours on Friday and you are up and running on Monday morning.
   

How do you work with an existing IT department?
  We partner with you. In many cases, our customers have existing IT staff. Because you are outsourcing these day-to-day support services to MSI, your IT staff can focus their time and energy on value-added activities.
   

What types of vertical markets do you specialize in?
  MSI serves the following verticals markets: financial services, legal, architecture, engineering and construction, and medical offices, as well as general business services.
   

How much does it cost?
  25% to 40% less. Our business model is aligned with yours. We take your cost structure from a unpredictable expense model to a fixed monthly charge. You will know what you are paying in September and/or in March. On average we can save our customers anywhere from 25% to 40%.
   

What type of hardware do you deploy?
  We are a Dell partner. We have chosen to standardize on their platform from a scalability and reliability perspective, as well as for speed of implementation and overall cost effectiveness.
   

As a managed services provider what other software is deployed in my environment?
  Integrated, Best of Breed. We have an integrated solution combining best of breed technologies for security, management and monitoring of your environment.
   

Do you support 3rd party applications such as QuickBooks?
  Of course! As we support different vertical marketplaces, we are entrusted to support various applications such as document management, CAD, and financial solutions such as Quickbooks.
   

Do you deal with compliance issues like SOX and HIPAA?
  Yes. As your trusted partner, we understand the impact that our solution will have on your overall compliance challenges.
   

Do you provide Service Level Objectives (SLO's)?
  Yes. We provide both SLO's and SLA's as part of our normal contracting process.
