Managed Systems' incident management system tracks every call with our Subscriber Support Group. This information is reviewed by our Subscriber Support Managers, who ensure quality control in the Support System.
Are your technicians certified?
Our technicians are trained and certified in all of the technologies and hardware we deploy and manage - whether it's Microsoft, Dell, Untangle or Level Platforms. Managed Systems invests in its key asset - its People.
Do you provide backups?
We protect all installations with advanced system recovery software. This allows us to quickly recover operating systems, programs, data and settings in the event of a crash. We also provide a variety of offsite storage options that provide an additional layer of recoverability in the event of theft, fire, flood, or other disaster. Finally, we'll work with you to custom tailor a disaster recovery strategy that satisfies your particular business needs and/or regulatory requirements.
How do you dispose of old equipment?
We make a difference. We partner with a third-party recycling company that handles the logistics and disposal of our equipment in
an environmentally friendly manner.
